Rom Porting Guide For Mediatek Devices (NOOB FRIENDLY) for Marshmallow and Lollipop

1.First of all you have to Install Android Kitchen in your PC

There are different guides for Different operating systems..

How To Install In Window OS(2000, XP, Vista, 7, 8)
How To Install In Linux (Ubuntu recommended)

HOW TO INSTALL ANDROID KITCHEN

type cd kitchen press enter

then type ./menu to open the menu

GUIDE

1. Now set up working folder and chose the that you want to port to your device

2. Now go to ADVANCED OPTION by pressing 0

3. Then go to TOOLS FOR BOOT IMAGE by pressing 12

4. Now press "w" without any quotes it will extract the boot.img of the ROM in a folder BOOT EXTRACTED in kitchen folder

5. Now press "a" without any quotes EXTRACT BOOT.img FROM ANY FOLDER and the folder name will b showed in the cywing on that same folder copy the stock ROM;s boot.img and press enter your boot.img will be extracted in the folder

6. Now you copy the zimage from stock extracted boot.img to boot extracted and replace it

7. Now in cywing press b and build the boot.img

8. Now open working folder from kitchen folder and you stock rom folder side by side

and

open system/lib and replace libMAli.so

and system/lib/hw and copy hwcoposer...... .so both from stock to port

9.Now the FINAL step

open meta inf/com/google/android

there you will find a file updater script change the mount points

here is the guide for changing the mount point

10.Now build ROM from cywing by entering 99

DONE flash your ported ROM and keep in mind there will be bugs i recommend to make a backup of your ROM before flashing
